I knew it all along.

I stole this link from Arnold...

I may be called "health-nut," "earthy," and just "weird," but generally scientists (and monks, evidently) agree with me. Vegetables + fruits + whole grains = health and longevity. No meat, (and no women? Despite this being self-crucifying, it's probably true. Not having women in your life most likely reduces your stress levels quite a bit. I know it does for me. = ) ) results in a healthier life-style.
